Centurion Corporation Limited is one of Singapore's leading providers of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), operating a growing portfolio of high-quality student residences across key global markets. We are expanding our presence in Australia with the launch in 2026 of a premium PBSA in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

This new development will introduce a brand-new offering to the Australian market, setting a new standard in student living. This property will offer a sophisticated, high-end accommodation experience with a strong focus on personalisation, community, and well-being. Designed to cater to the evolving needs of domestic and international students, it will be one of the most exclusive student accommodations in the country.

Key responsibilities

n

Oversee day-to-day site operations, taking ownership of key operational areas such as resident engagement, compliance, maintenance coordination, and staff support

n

Support the broader accommodation function and contribute to key administrative and management functions

n

Assume full control, including decision-making authority in the absence of the Accommodation Manager, ensuring continuity of service and operational efficiency

n





Work in conjunction with the Accommodation Manager to oversee operations and day-to-day running of the site following EPIISOD policies and procedures

n

Report directly to the Accommodation Manager of the site

n

Ensure the site is achieving its business objectives in all areas and the delivery of day-to-day operations

n

Ensure that quality and service within the site is maintained to agreed standards, with consideration made to the site's residents, visitors, and primary stakeholders

n

Manage key areas within the role: Operations, Facilities Management, Sales and Marketing and Resident Life

n

About you

n

Minimum 5 years' experience in operational management within student accommodation, hospitality, or a similar residential sector

n

A degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is preferred but not essential

n

Pre-opening experience is an advantage

n

Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively, coordinate teams, and build solid relationships at all levels

n

Mature, confident, and highly professional with excellent interpersonal skills

n

Strong written and verbal communication skills

n

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

n

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as database management systems such as StarRez

n

Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
