VGW is an interactive entertainment company delivering free-to-play online social games. We are looking for a Litigation Counsel to join our Legal team and manage VGW's litigation affairs, providing strategic advice on disputes and regulatory matters.

You will work with internal stakeholders and external counsel to develop litigation strategies, oversee customer or contractual disputes, review agreements, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
