Job Description

NAB is seeking a Banking Customer Advisor for a part time Leave & Relief role based in Horsham, VIC. You will support the Horsham Branch and travel to Warracknabeal, Nhill, Rainbow, and Edenhope branches as needed, with mileage paid.

The role emphasizes delivering gold‐standard customer service and guiding customers through accounts, lending, and everyday banking tasks. Working 4 days per week from 9:00am to 4:15pm, you will help maintain seamless customer experiences across multiple locations.
