Job Description

BGIS is seeking a Technical Facilities Manager to oversee services for a national portfolio, based in Sunshine, VIC. The role involves travel to Tasmanian sites approx. monthly and a hybrid work arrangement (4 days on site, 1 day WFH).

You will manage maintenance programs, budgets, and contractor performance while ensuring WHS and environmental standards are met. The ideal candidate has proven facilities management experience, solid financial acumen, and excellent communication skills to
