Job Description

Berry Street in Shepparton seeks a Night Residential Care Worker to provide therapeutic care for young people in a 24/7 home. The role includes night shifts, responding to emotional and functional needs, and helping with personal development and daily household duties.

Candidates must have a Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent and a valid driver's licence. Mandatory training and background checks apply; orientation is required for successful applicants.
