CST Tax Advisorsdeliver specialist tax advice and chartered accounting services to private clients, family groups and SMEs with international focus.

Due to significant growth and current clients we are seeking a competent Manager to assist usin managing workflow, delivering quality service to our clients and mentoring the team.

n

Duties and responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare all types of financial statements andall types of tax returns
n
- Work closely with your clients and have excellent communication with them
n
- Manage your own client portfolio as well as managing team WIP, workflow and productivity.
n
- Support and train other team members in our small, close-knit team
n
- Manage the team's lodgement program
n

n

Skills and experience

n

n
- You will be a confident, social and highly motivated individual. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as:
n
- At least 5 to 7 years' experience in business services and minimum 2 years' experience as a manager
n
- Interested in specialising in Tax,



particularly International Tax
n
- Excellent written and oral communicator
n
- Good team player, responsible personality, confident dealing with clients
n
- Proven management skills, including experience in managing WIP, workflow, client expectations, productivity and job turnaround times
n
- Assist and train junior team members
n
- Willingness to support our core values of passion, empathy and accountability.
