Anglicare Sydney is seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Portfolio Asset Management to lead the stewardship, performance and optimisation of a retirement living portfolio across NSW, comprising over 3,000 Independent Living Units.

Reporting to the General Manager Asset, Property and Hospitality, you will drive asset strategy, lifecycle planning, capital investment prioritisation, portfolio optimisation and long‑term property performance.
