Sixat Pty Ltd is seeking a professional and reliable Maxi Taxi Drivers to join our team in Wangaratta, Victoria. As a Maxi Taxi Driver, you will play a crucial role in providing safe, comfortable and courteous transportation services to our diverse passenger base. What you'll be doing
- Operate a maxi taxi vehicle safely and professionally, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant journey experience
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, including performing regular safety checks and minor maintenance tasks
- Handle payments and manage cash or electronic transactions accurately and securely
- Communicate professionally with dispatch staff and respond promptly to service requests
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Demonstrate patience and professionalism when dealing with challenging situations or difficult passengers
What we’re looking for
- A current, valid driving licence appropriate for the operation of a maxi taxi vehicle
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to work independently whilst also being responsive to direction from management
- Reliability and punctuality in all work commitments
- A genuine interest in providing safe and courteous service to the public
