The Manitowoc Company is seeking a seasoned Product Support Business Manager for the ANZ region. You will oversee parts, training and service contacts, manage budgets, and drive revenue through in office technical assistance, maintenance contracts and warranty oversight.
You will lead the Product Support team, coordinate with distributors and country sales managers, analyse order intake and billing, and report on business performance, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
