Job Description

Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a motivated and hands-on professional to lead our meat department. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage a small team, create rosters, place orders, and oversee stock takes to ensure fresh produce and efficient operations.

The successful candidate will hold an Australian trade qualification in Butchery, demonstrate robust leadership, cost control, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
