Job Description

Laminex in Perth (Welshpool Distribution Centre) seeks an experienced leader to oversee the main DC and satellite hub, guiding 34 full-time staff plus a small team at the hub. You'll drive safe, productive operations and promote a customer-focused DIFOT culture.

You will collaborate with sales and procurement, manage inventory, and mentor a diverse team, ensuring continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships.
