Deliver residential cleans in client homes across inner-east and inner-north Brisbane.

This is paid employment — not a contractor arrangement. Weekdays only, typically 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. No nights. The roster is built so you can do drop-off and still be back for pick-up. Weekend shifts are available at award penalty rates if you want them, but they are never expected.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver residential cleans in client homes across inner-east and inner-north Brisbane
- Follow detailed checklists exactly — every item, every time
- Take before-and-after photos via job tracking app
- Communicate warmly, professionally, and discreetly with clients
- Use only supplied products, tools, and equipment
- Report issues, restocks, damages, or client concerns the same day

- Can be trusted alone in someone's home with no supervision
- Warm, calm, and discreet
- Be based in Brisbane, Australia
- Have unrestricted rights to work in Australia — no cap on your hours and no work restrictions on your visa
- Have a current driver's licence (Australian or translated international licence accepted)
- Have a reliable, registered car available for work. THIS IS A MUST
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current National Police Check
- Hourly rates under the Cleaning Services Award 2020, above the minimum
- Superannuation paid in full
- WorkCover Queensland insurance
- All cleaning products, microfibres, vacuum, and equipment supplied
- Fuel and mileage reimbursement for use of your own vehicle
- Paid induction and paid trial clean
- Part-time: set, predictable hours each week, paid annual leave and paid personal leave
- Casual: higher hourly rate through casual loading and more flexibility week to week
