About the Role

n

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, managing enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience from initial contact through to resolution. This is a full-time in-office position based in Eastern Creek, NSW, requiring employees to attend the office Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
n
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
n
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
n
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
n
- Liaise with internal departments including Sales Representatives, Product Managers, Warehouse and Accounts.
n
- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers.
n
- Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as required.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and business processes.
n
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
n

Skills and Experience

Essential

- Previous experience in a customer service from office or retail role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

- Customer service qualification or relevant business studies.

- Knowledge of both Motorcycles and Bicycles, especially parts and accessories.
