Full Time & Part-time rate: $31.30 (Mon-Fri), $39.13 (Sat), $46.95 (Sun) - Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020

About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager / Restaurant Supervisor to assist with leading our front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and helping to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with the Venue Manager, bar and restaurant teams, and kitchen staff to maintain our high standards of service, efficiency, and team culture.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Oversee day-to-day FOH operations across the restaurant, bar, and events spaces.

n

Lead and motivate FOH staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

n

Manage staff rosters, training, and performance on shift.

n

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

n

Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and venue policies.

n

Open and/or close the venue, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting.

n

About You

n

Previous hospitality leadership experience (duty manager, supervisor, or similar).

n

Strong communication and leadership skills.

n

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service excellence.

n





Current RSA required; RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues); Approved Manager's License

n

Passion for creating a positive team culture and memorable guest experiences.

n

Availability to work all shifts including nights, evenings and weekends is essential.
