KegLand is growing and we need your help!

A warehouse clerk is responsible for supporting the daily operations of our distribution center. Your primary job role includes managing, organizing, and tracking inventory, as well as ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility.

If you have a forklift license / ability to learn high reach forklift, this will be highly advantageous.

KegLand currently runs in two warehouse shifts. You will be allocated shifts based on your availability between:
Morning Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm
Not Available: Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm

You are only allocated to one shift at a time on a casual basis.

Warehouse Location: 410 Princes Highway, Noble Park North VIC 3174

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Receiving Goods:

Unloading deliveries and checking incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices.

Inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies.

Inventory Management:

Accurately recording and tracking inventory levels.

Performing regular stock counts and reconciling any discrepancies.

Storing goods in designated locations.

Order Picking and Packing:

Picking items from inventory based on orders with a PDA finger scanner.





Packing products securely and preparing them for shipping.

Shipping and Dispatch:

Preparing shipping labels and documentation.

Coordinating with couriers and delivery drivers.

Ensuring timely dispatch of goods.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Entering inventory and shipment data into warehouse management systems.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

General Warehouse Maintenance:

Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

Following health and safety guidelines.

Other warehouse duties as required by your on duty manager

Skills and Qualifications:

Basic computer and data entry skills.

Can handle basic power tools like electric screwdrivers and multimeters

Valuable organizational and time management skills.

Ability to lift and move heavy items.

Teamwork and communication skills.
