With our long-serving Head Greenkeeper retiring later this year, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a much-loved community course.

We're seeking an experienced Head Greenkeeper / Superintendent to lead the presentation, maintenance and development of our course.
n
A hands-on leadership position combining daily turf management with planning, reporting and leadership. You'll work to deliver high-quality playing surfaces while driving longer-term course improvements with the team.

Key responsibilities
n

- Oversee and carry out day-to-day maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers and surrounds
n
- Plan and coordinate maintenance programs and staff rosters
n
- Lead, support and work hands-on with the ground crew
n
- Operate and manage irrigation systems, machinery and equipment
n
- Contribute to course renovation and capital works projects
n
- Ensure WHS and environmental compliance
n
- Liaise with management, staff and members on course conditions and works
n

About you
n
n
- Preferred experience: Certificate III+ in Sports Turf Management / Greenkeeping
n
- Proven golf course maintenance experience, ideally in a leadership role
n
- Robust knowledge of turf management, irrigation and course conditioning
n
- Hands-on, team-oriented leadership style
n
- Physically fit, with strong organisational and communication skills
n
- Willing to work a rotating weekend roster across 7-day operations
n
