What You'll Be Doing

n

- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person at the trade counter.
n
- Inbox Management: Monitor and action incoming sales emails efficiently.
n
- Order Processing: Accurate entry of orders, managing product returns, issuing refunds, and updating customer account details.
n
- Problem Solving:



Resolve customer issues and complaints using clear communication and conflict-resolution skills.
n
- Trade Counter Assistance: Provide friendly, face-to-face service to visiting trade customers.
n

What We're Looking For

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Active listening skills with a helpful, empathetic approach.
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel).
n
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
n
- Bonus: Personal access to a pool (or having a pool at home) is advantageous, though not mandatory!
