The Gaming Supervisor will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the gaming floor, including customer experience, staff supervision, gaming compliance, cash handling, presentation and opening/closing procedures.

We are looking for someone who is confident, reliable and proactive with strong attention to detail and understands that compliance, customer service and gaming-floor presentation are equally important.
n
This is a rotating roster position and requires flexibility to work day, night, and weekend
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the gaming floor and ensure smooth service throughout the shift
n
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and experience
n
- Ensure the gaming room is clean, organised, safe and presented to a high standard at all times
n
- Ensure food and beverage service is maintained appropriately within venue procedures
n
- Supervise and support gaming staff during shifts
n
- Support responsible conduct of gambling and harm-minimisation practices
n
- Assist with cash handling, cash reconciliation and gaming-related financial procedures
n
- Complete opening and closing procedures accurately and securely
n
- Ensure the venue remains compliant with company standards and relevant NSW liquor and gaming requirements
n

Experience & Skills Required
n
n
- Previous experience in a gaming venue is essential.
n
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a gaming management, supervisory,
n
- or similar leadership roles is preferred
n
- If you don't have management experience, a minimum 2 years of experience as a Gaming Attendant is required
n
- Current RSA / RCG / Advanced RCG and other relevant gaming qualifications/competencies as required
n
- Strong knowledge of NSW gaming compliance and responsible gambling requirements
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
- Ability to confidently manage a gaming floor and make decisions during busy periods
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Skilled presentation and a positive attitude
n
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers or situations
n
- Hands-on management experience across gaming and venue operations
n
- A professional and team-focused working environment
n
