Experience in mental health is essential, along with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for providing care in a community setting. Working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, you will provide mental health assessments, crisis intervention, acute assessments, care planning and case management in a diverse and rewarding community setting. This role offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with consumers, carers and local service providers while delivering person-centred care.

Based in Wellington, with the support of the larger Dubbo Mental Health team, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive service where experienced senior clinicians and educators are readily available to provide guidance, mentoring and clinical support.
