Vail Resorts Australia is seeking a high-impact Director, Resorts Experience for Australia, overseeing F&B;, accommodations, retail and rentals across Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham. You’ll shape strategy, lead broad transformation and amp guest and employee experiences on a landmark alpine portfolio.
Reporting to the VP & GM - Perisher, you’ll steer a diverse leadership team, drive commercial outcomes and partner with senior leaders on long-term growth and relocation support where needed.
