We're looking for a reliable, organised Automotive Assistant – Rental Desk & Vehicle Detailing to support both front‐office operations and hands‐on vehicle preparation. This is a practical, diverse role involving customer service, bookings, admin, vehicle presentation and general branch workflow.

We're looking for a reliable, organised Automotive Assistant – Rental Desk & Vehicle Detailing to support both front‐office operations and hands‐on vehicle preparation. This is a practical, varied role involving customer service, bookings, admin, vehicle presentation and general branch workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Rental desk: customer enquiries, bookings, pick‐ups and returns
n
- Vehicle detailing and rental preparation — washing, vacuuming, checking presentation, topping up fluids and ensuring vehicles are ready to go out
n
- Coordinate vehicle movements with our mechanic and detailer
n
- Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally
n
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our rental fleet, rates and assist customers with vehicle selection
n

What You Need

n

- Good organisational ability and attention to detail
n
- Mechanical awareness (checking fluids, tyre pressures, general vehicle condition)
n
- Comfortable using computers for bookings, admin and customer service skills
n
- be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle
n
- Valid Australian driver's licence is required
n
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required
