7 day shift roster between 9am-5pm, option to move to 9am-9pm in coming months
Location: Sydney preferred (Eveleigh office), Hybrid and will consider remote for the right candidate
At Chemist2U, we're helping transform how medication is managed and delivered across disability and care services.
Our Verify platform connects prescribing, dispensing, delivery and administration in one place, helping support workers spend less time on paperwork and more time supporting participants.
We're growing and are looking for a Verify Support Agent to join our Customer Support team.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the first point of contact for support workers, carers and providers who rely on Verify every day to support participants with their medications. Whether someone has a question about the Verify platform, needs support with a medication order, or is dealing with an urgent delivery issue, you’ll be there to guide them through it and find the right solution.
You’ll work across email, live chat and other support channels, building relationships with customers and delivering a responsive, empathetic support experience. You’ll also work closely with our pharmacy and operations teams to coordinate solutions when more complex or urgent situations arise.
This is a role where customer service truly matters. The people contacting you are often supporting participants with complex needs and managing competing priorities, so your ability to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and provide confidence that the issue is being handled will make a real difference.
