The practice is a modern 3-chair clinic with four Dentists currently working across the practice. Patient demand is strong, with existing Dentists averaging approximately $4,500 per day in billings. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced clinician to step directly into a full book and focus on providing dentistry rather than spending months trying to build patient numbers.

The clinic provides a broad mix of general dentistry, orthodontics, implants and surgical procedures and has invested heavily in its clinical setup. Dentists have access to digital X-rays, OPG, scanners and a 3D printer, with a CBCT also being installed shortly.

The practice forms part of a well-organised group of 15 privately owned dental clinics across Queensland and Northern NSW. This provides clinicians with access to extensive resources, clinical support and opportunities across the wider group while still working within a privately owned practice environment.

The Principal Dentist works approximately three days per week at the Burpengary clinic and has a particular focus on major and surgical dentistry, generating approximately $8,000 per day in billings. He is passionate about clinical development and continues to regularly undertake CPD and advanced training himself.

About You

We are ideally looking for an experienced Dentist with approximately 3-5+ years of clinical experience who is comfortable working independently and managing a full patient book.

You don't need to already perform every advanced procedure. What is important is having the ambition to learn, earn and continue progressing clinically.

If you already perform surgical dentistry, implants, orthodontics or other major procedures, there is significant opportunity to utilise those skills. Alternatively, if you are a solid general Dentist looking to expand into more advanced treatment, mentorship is available.

This opportunity will particularly suit a Dentist who wants more than simply another associate position and is looking for strong earning potential, clinical development and long-term career growth within a successful private group.
