About the role
n
You'll work across a varied paediatric caseload with a mix of clinic sessions and community visits, including:
n
n
- Clinic-based and community-based therapy (homes + preschools)
n
- Afterschool appointmentsand Saturday mornings
n
- Report writing built into daytime scheduling
n
- Assessments and interventions including:n n
- Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
n
- Wheelchair / equipment assessments
n
- Individual programs and after-school groups
n
- More depending on your interests
n

n
Support is structured and consistent:
n
n
- Fortnightly supervision for all clinicians
n
- Monthly 1:1 with your line manager
n
- Monthly team case study review
n
- Weekly team meetings disusing learning + sharing points
n
- A dedicated Head of Clinical Practice with 30+ years' experience:n n
- provides supervision
n
- supports group programs
n
- co-treats and can join sessions when cases are tricky
n

Requirements:

- Full Australian working rights

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy

- AHPRA registration
