Northern Illinois University Athletics is seeking an Assistant Athletic Director/Marketing and Game Experience. This full-time, 12-month role drives fan engagement through creative marketing, broadcasting, and multimedia strategies to elevate visibility and revenue across football, basketball, and volleyball.

The position reports to the Associate Athletic Director and requires leadership of staff, game scripting, and event execution with cross-department collaboration.
