Anytime Fitness Footscray is looking for a motivated Personal Trainer ready to turn their coaching skills into a successful fitness business.

n

You don't need to arrive with a full book of clients.

n

What you do need is the willingness to meet people, build relationships, follow opportunities up and deliver the kind of coaching members want to stay with.

n

You'll operate your own Personal Training business while having structured support behind you to help with the parts of PT that aren't taught in your qualification.

n

- Member engagement and client acquisition

- Consultations and sales conversations

- Client service, retention and referrals

What you'll be doing

n

You'll deliver personalised training sessions, design effective programs and provide ongoing accountability to your clients.

n

Outside of sessions, you'll become an active presence within the club.

n

That means speaking with members, understanding what they want to achieve and positioning yourself as the trainer who can help them get there.

n

What you'll need

n

n
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness, or currently completing them
n
- Current First Aid & CPR, or ability to obtain them
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A skilled, proactive attitude
n
- A genuine desire to build your own PT business
n
