Our Wine Terrace is one of the estate’s most dynamic venues - a vibrant, ocean-facing space where great wine, relaxed dining, and unforgettable moments come together.

We are looking for a Wine Terrace leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead, coach, and elevate both the guest experience and the team around them.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading from the front to create a high-energy, engaging service environment

Coaching and mentoring a young, emerging team, helping them grow and see hospitality as a career

Driving sales through genuine guest connection and confident recommendations

Managing the flow between self-ordering and traditional service seamlessly

Overseeing event service and ensuring every booking feels special

Maintaining smooth daily operations,



strong communication, and team alignment

What You’ll Bring

A natural host - approachable, positive, and confident

Proven experience in supervising or managing shifts in a busy venue

A passion for developing people and inspiring new talent

Strong operational knowledge: POS systems, service flow, RSA compliance

Sound understanding of food, wine, and cocktails

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A clear understanding of workplace health & safety

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
