Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with a focus on regional businesses
n
- Oversee tax compliance and planning/advisory for individuals and businesses
n
- Oversee junior staff while being supported by the director
n
- Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives
n
- Partner with the Melbourne office on certain engagements
n
n
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
n
n
- 4+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm
n
- CA or CPA qualifications
n
- Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value-added services (or wanting to learn)
n
- A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
n
n
