your role will be to support the Senior Manager with the performance of a multidisciplinary team in providing leadership to our Markets wide work to support Australia's financial markets to be resilient, trusted and relevant. This includes supporting efficient capital formation and risk management, confident and informed investor participation, healthy competition and responsible innovation. Public, private and OTC markets should work together and be complementary.Key responsibilities include:Leading projects that support the evolution of resilient, trusted and relevant financial markets in Australia.Providing technical leadership on market innovationCoordinate cross-market work on an ongoing basis, including the intersection of markets, super, funds management, governance.Lead research and policy analysis, including guidance, discussion and policy papers.Act as a senior point of engagement with key internal, domestic and international stakeholdersSupport the Senior Manager to build team capability and with business plan deliveryAbout youYou are a confident and experienced leader with robust regulatory judgement and the ability to operate effectively in complex, high-pressure environments.
