What’s the role?

You’ll step into an exciting opportunity supporting SME customers across Townsville. Working full time with flexibility on offer, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of customers with business lending needs from $1M to $5M. Based in Townsville on Bindal and Wulgurukaba Country, you’ll join a close knit team of professionals who collaborate, share knowledge and support one another to deliver great outcomes.

You’ll build meaningful relationships with local business owners, understand their ambitions and help them achieve their goals. You’ll write lending deals, stay connected to your portfolio, identify new business opportunities and establish yourself as a trusted banking partner within the Townsville business community.

What do I need?

- Experience in business banking and commercial lending
- Robust understanding of credit risk and compliance requirements
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationshipsConfidence identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
