HealthHero is seeking independent Counsellors trained in CISM to join its Affiliate Network for critical incident debriefings. You will work with corporate clients, providing timely trauma-focused support and post-incident debriefs both onsite and remotely in Exeter, NSW.
Applicants must be registered Counsellors (BACP/UKCP/NCS) with CISM and have solid organisational, verbal, and written communication skills, plus IT proficiency with MS Office and electronic records.
