We are looking for a creative, strategic and highly organised Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead and grow our social media presence.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will develop content that captures attention, communicates clearly and builds engaged communities across our portfolio of premium skincare and aesthetic brands.

n

Working closely with our broader team, you will create and deliver digital campaigns that showcase our products, educate customers and support business growth. You will help continue to build a digital community that feels informed, empowered and connected.

n

This opportunity may be structured on a fixed term parental leave contract either full-time or part-time basis for the right person, with an immediate start available.

What You'll Do

n

- Develop creative content ideas and strategies tailored to each brand and audience
n




- Manage the day-to-day activity of our social media accounts
n
- Create content for both business-to-business and consumer audiences
n
- Write compelling social media posts, captions and video scripts
n
- Plan and maintain content calendars across multiple brands and platforms
n
- Schedule and publish content at optimal times to support reach and engagement
n
- Create content using Canva and coordinate other creative assets as required
n
- Monitor social media trends, platform changes and audience behaviours
n
- Execute promotions, launches, giveaways, events and content-led campaigns
n
- Engage with online communities in a professional and brand-appropriate manner
n
- Track performance, analyse results and prepare meaningful reports
n
- Use audience and campaign insights to continually refine the content strategy
n
- Ensure content remains consistent with brand guidelines, tone of voice and regulatory requirements

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Three to four years' experience in social media management, content creation or a similar creative role
n
- Experience developing content for both B2B and B2C brands
n
- Strong copywriting skills, including the ability to adapt your tone and voice across different brands
n
- Proficiency in Canva and social media scheduling tools such as Later
n




- Experience using social media analytics and reporting platforms
n
- A sound understanding of marketing principles and the role of content throughout the customer journey
n
- A strong eye for visual consistency, detail and brand presentation
n
- Excellent planning, time-management and organisational skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple brands, projects and deadlines simultaneously
n
- A proactive approach and the confidence to contribute new ideas
n
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused working style
n
- An understanding of advertising regulations and compliance requirements for therapeutic goods and regulated aesthetic products, particularly cosmetic injectables, will be highly regarded.
n
- Experience within skincare, beauty, healthcare, medical aesthetics or another regulated industry would also be an advantage.
