Experience & Skills Needed

- Proven experience managing marketing technology platforms such as AEM, Creative Cloud, or similar tools.

- Strong skills in requirements gathering, creating user stories, and overseeing testing processes.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
n
- Leadership experience managing squads of 5-10 team members.
n
- Proven stakeholder management in complex and evolving environments.
n
- Knowledge of marketing workflows, content management systems, and digital asset management tools.
