Responsibilities

n

n
- Drive safety standards and promote a proactive safety culture across the site
n
- Conduct site inspections, audits and safety observations
n
- Review SWMS, risk assessments and project safety documentation
n
- Lead toolbox talks, inductions and safety briefingsInvestigate incidents and support corrective actions
n
- Engage with subcontractors, supervisors and project teams
n




- Provide practical WHS advice and support across the project
n
- Monitor compliance with NSW WHS legislation and project requirements
n

About You

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in construction safety
n
- Strong high-rise building experience
n
- Experience working across high-risk construction activities
n
- Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Practical, hands-on approach to site safety
n
