Are you an experienced travel consultant who loves turning enquiries into bookings and providing genuinely great service? This is an opportunity to join a specialist travel business where you'll work with customers throughout their entire travel journey.

The Opportunity

n

You'll be responsible for helping customers plan and book their holidays, from the initial conversation through to finalising their arrangements.

n

Your day to day will include:

n

n
- Handling new and existing customer enquiries
n
- Providing expert travel advice and recommendations
n
- Preparing quotes and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
n
- Booking international airfares through a GDS
n
- Assisting with accommodation, tours and other travel arrangements
n
- Maintaining accurate customer records and booking details
n
- Working alongside internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
n
- Managing your own workload while keeping on top of multiple enquiries
n

What We're Looking For

n





We're looking for someone with a strong background in travel consulting who is confident both selling travel and looking after customers.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in travel consulting
n
- Strong international airfare and ticketing knowledge
n
- Confident GDS experience
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Good Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
n
- A professional, friendly and confident approach with customers
n

n

You'll be someone who enjoys having a conversation with a customer, understanding what they're looking for and confidently guiding them towards the right travel experience.
