We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual children

- Create a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn and play
n
- Observe and assess children's development and progress, and communicate with parents and caregivers as needed
n
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
n




- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and attendance
n
- Attend career development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education
n

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
n
- State certification or licensure as an Early Childhood Teacher
n
- At least 2 years of experience working with young children in a classroom setting
n
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
