About the role
n We're searching for a passionate Retail Assistant to join our team at Priceline Pharmacy Forest Hill in Forest Hill, VIC. This is a full time role where you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming, organised store environment. You'll be mainly looking after cosmetics and skincare.

What you'll be doing

n

Assisting customers with their product inquiries and purchases

n

Restocking and merchandising shelves to ensure an attractive and well-presented store

n

Operating the cash register and processing customer transactions accurately

n

Maintaining excellent store cleanliness and organisation

n

Providing a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable customer experience

n

Collaborating with the team to achieve store targets and objectives

n

What we're looking for

n

Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy or health & beauty environment. Prior cosmetics training will be preferable.

n

A friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude when interacting with customers

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

n

Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately

n

A passion for providing exceptional customer service

n

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, must be available to work weekends
