Job Description

ConnectEast is seeking a Customer Service Operator to be the voice of EastLink for customers at Ringwood. You will handle inbound calls, understand customer needs and provide accurate information using our systems.

Every call is different; you will listen carefully, think on your feet and resolve enquiries. You will be supported by experienced leaders, with two weeks of paid training and ongoing development.
