Leading Hand Landscaper / Site Supervisor

This is a senior, site-based role for a practical leader who can manage small crews while remaining hands-on. You will coordinate daily works, maintain quality and safety and help deliver residential landscaping projects efficiently from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

n

Lead and supervise a small landscaping crew on residential projects

n

Complete and oversee paving, edging, retaining walls, turf, planting, mulching and site preparation

n

Read plans, manage set-outs and coordinate daily site priorities

n

Organise materials, equipment and deliveries to keep projects on track

n

Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and site presentation

n

Identify site issues and communicate practical solutions

n

Support and mentor junior team members

n

Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers and subcontractors when needed

n

What we're looking for

n

Qualified landscaper or substantial residential landscape-construction experience

n





Previous leading hand, supervisor or senior crew experience highly regarded

n

Robust hands-on capability across hard and soft landscaping

n

Ability to read plans, manage site workflow and lead by example

n

Current Australian driver's licence and White Card - essential

n

Reliable, organised and safety-focused with strong attention to detail

n

Clear communication skills and pride in delivering excellent work
