Visy is seeking an experienced Maintenance Leader for our Warwick Farm manufacturing facility in Sydney. You will oversee Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors, tradespeople and the Maintenance Planner, partnering with Operations to maximise plant reliability and protected, productive production.
You will drive preventative programs, coach teams, perform root-cause analysis and manage budgets to minimise downtime while upholding high safety standards in a bustling packaging workplace.
