Motorola Solutions in Melbourne is seeking a seasoned Engineer to manage the technical operation and maintenance of Dimetra, Astro P25 and MOTOTRBO systems across Australia, Current Zealand and New Caledonia.

You will act as a primary escalation point for NOCC staff, provide hands-on support to customers, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations. The role requires strong networking, systems engineering skills and an ability to mentor junior staff.
