About the opportunity

- Establish and grow audiology services in Geraldton
n
- Deliver truly customer‐centric hearing care to the local community

- Build strong referral networks and community relationships

- Recruit, develop, and lead your own team

The offer
n

- Guaranteed salary: $120,000 + super (paid fortnightly)
n
- Annual profit share once the business is profitable (paid monthly)
n
- Future value of shares in the business you build (paid upon retirement or exit)
n
- $20,000 sign-on bonus to support your move or lifestyle goals
n
- Relocation support up to $5,000, including short-term accommodation if required
