About the Role
We are currently looking for a super motivated and relationship-focused Bookings Co-ordinator – Container Transport to join our transport team. In this role, you'll be responsible for co-ordinating bookings and managing customer relationships. You'll work closely with our fleet allocation team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, transport and freight bookings (data entry) and customer enquiries
- Provide courteous, helpful and professional service to our customers at all times
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and support
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of transport services
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain accurate customer records using the CRM system
About You
- Previous experience in the transport industry in bookings and customer services
- A proactive attitude with robust problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Commercial awareness with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
