Aqua Living Pools is a premium pool construction company known for building high-quality, luxury swimming pools across Brisbane's south and the Gold Coast. We're expanding our team and looking for a skilled and reliable Final Trim Excavator Operator to join us immediately on a full-time basis.

About the Role
n
You will play a critical role in the excavation of our swimming pools, performing precise final trim and shaping work to ensure every excavation meets our exacting standards for beautiful, long-lasting pools.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- - Operating excavators for final trim and detailed shaping on residential and luxury pool sites
n
- - Operating excavators from Micro to 10 tonne to precise set out requirements
n
- - Achieving high-precision grades and levels for pool shell excavation
n
- - Working closely with our pool building crews to maintain tight construction timelines
n
- - Maintaining equipment and ensuring site safety standards are always met
n
n
Requirements
n
n
- - Minimum 5–10 years' experience as a Final Trim Excavator Operator
n
- - Current Excavator Ticket (essential)
n
- - Proven experience in final trim, detailed finishing work on pools, landscaping or similar precision excavation projects
n
- - HR Licence (essential) to HC Licence highly preferred
n
- - Ability to fit into an existing team and work collaboratively
n
- - Easy to work with, follows instructions well, and is a great communicator
n
- - Strong attention to detail and pride in achieving perfect levels and grades
n
- - Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
n
- - Full Australian work rights
