About the Role

n

Our team provides person-centred supports to people living with disability, psychosocial disabilities, and complex support needs.

n

Supports may include:

n

- Community access and social participation
n




- Group activities and skill development
n
- Mental health and psychosocial recovery support
n
- Complex personal care
n
- Medication assistance
n
- Capacity building and independent living skills
n
- Transport to appointments and community events
n
- Domestic assistance
n
- Advocacy and participant goal setting
n
- Accurate documentation and professional communication
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card
n
- National Police Check
n
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
- Full Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
n
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
n
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, Mental Health or equivalent (or currently studying)
