PROGRAMMED Energy and Resources is seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join a major Power Station Shutdown commencing in early September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn excellent rates, work consistent hours, and secure ongoing opportunities beyond the shutdown for high-performing candidates.

- Excellent EA pay rates: $51.09-$61.60 per hour plus applicable allowances

- Monday to Friday roster - 5 x 10-hour days

About the Role

n

You'll be working on a major power station outage within the Dust Plant.

n

This is a Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) position. Please note that FIFO and LAHA are not available.

n

Mechanical Fitters will be responsible for:

n

n
- Removing, repairing, and replacing plant components
n
- Carrying out shutdown maintenance activities
n
- Working safely and efficiently within outage schedules
n

About You

n

To be successful, you'll have:

n

n
- Confined Space level 2 or higher ticket (or willing to obtain prior to starting)
n
- Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Fitter or Fitter & Turner
n
- A positive attitude with strong reliability and punctuality
n




- Flexibility to support other trades when required
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
n
