Step into a Mechanical Estimator role with a well-established Queensland trade contractor, where Morson Edge is partnering with the business to appoint a key member of their estimating team. You’ll take ownership of tenders for major mechanical and HVAC‑R projects, working across a diverse range of commercial and industrial projects to develop competitive, accurate estimates and help secure the company’s next major projects.

What you'll be doing n

Prepare accurate, competitive tenders for commercial, industrial and government mechanical works
n
Build robust relationships with clients, subcontractors and mechanical suppliers
n
Drive continuous improvement in mechanical estimating processes, systems and accuracy
n
Step into a role with a clear pathway to senior leadership as the business scales
n

Skills & experience nn
Trade qualification or degree in Mechanical Engineering
n
Proven estimating experience in mechanical or HVAC-R trade services
n




Strong understanding of mechanical tendering, contracts and cost planning
n
Confident with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
n
Full Australian work rights required
