Jenner & Co is retained by one of its repeat clients in Sydney to source their new Head of Production and ANZ Supply Chain.

Office-based role with a minimum three days per week in the office.

n

Travel to tolling sites within Australia and Recent Zealand may be required.

n

Our client is seeking an experienced, values-led operational executive to lead our Production & Supply organisation across Australia and New Zealand.

n

As Head of Production & Supply ANZ, you will be a key member of the ANZ Leadership Team, accountable for delivering safe, reliable, compliant and cost-effective product availability for our customers. You will shape and lead an integrated supply, manufacturing, logistics and customer-operations agenda that supports profitable growth, operational excellence and sustainable business performance.

Key responsibilities....

n

Own end-to-end supply performance across planning, manufacturing/third-party operations, quality interfaces, warehousing, logistics and customer operations.

n

Set and deliver operational plans, budgets, service, cost, inventory, safety and productivity targets.

n

Lead supply-risk management, business continuity and contingency planning for critical products, suppliers, sites and logistics routes.

n

Sponsor continuous improvement, network optimisation, digitalisation and capital initiatives.

n

Accountability for ANZ S&OP; effectiveness.

n

Contribute as a member of the ANZ Leadership Team, shaping business strategy, investment decisions,



risk management and organisational capability.

n

Contribute to enterprise strategy and business decisions.

n

Strategic management of critical suppliers and logistics partners.

n

Improve supply-chain visibility, data quality and digital capability.

n

Reduce waste, obsolescence and environmental impact.

n

Own manufacturing/tolling, import, warehouse and distribution-network strategy, including resilience and cost-to-serve.

n

Own supply-chain readiness for NPI, reformulations, label changes, launches and product withdrawals.

n

Experience required.....

n

End-to-end supply-chain management, including S&OP;/IBP, demand and supply planning, inventory and customer operations.

n

Manufacturing, tolling/contract manufacturing, warehousing, transport, quality and operational-excellence systems.

n

HSE, quality, regulatory, product stewardship and trade-compliance principles relevant to the ANZ operating environment.

n

Financial drivers of operations, including cost-to-serve, working capital, capital investment and productivity

n

Tertiary qualification in supply chain, business, science, chemistry, engineering, quality, manufacturing or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

n

Supply-chain risk and resilience.

n

Digital supply-chain systems and analytics.

n

Contract and supplier management.
