Graphic Designer – Social Media, Branding & Web

Socialisha is a growing social media marketing agency working with brands across a wide range of industries. We're looking for an experienced, highly creative Graphic Designer who can bring strong design, branding and digital skills to a fast-paced agency environment.

The Role

n

You'll be responsible for creating:

n

n
- Aesthetic, engaging and conversion-focused Instagram Stories
n
- Instagram feed designs, carousel designs, Reel covers and social media graphics
n
- Creative digital assets for Instagram & TikTok
n
- Branding kits including logos, colour palettes, typography and brand guidelines
n
- Website designs and digital assets
n
- Creative concepts that are tailored to different brands and industries
n
- Designs that are current, visually solid and aligned with social media trends
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and/or social media marketing
n




- Strong experience specifically designing for social media
n
- Excellent understanding of Instagram Stories, social-first design and digital content
n
- A strong eye for branding, typography, layout and visual identity
n
- Creative, proactive and able to bring fresh ideas to the table
n
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple brands and deadlines
n
- Able to work independently while collaborating with our wider creative and marketing team
n
- Available to work at least 2 days per week from our Brunswick East office
n

Software & Technical Skills

n

Essential:

n

n
- Strong proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
n
- Experience with Figma
n
- Strong understanding of digital and social media design
n

n

Bonus points if you have experience with:

n

n
- Motion graphics and animation
n
- AI-generated animations and creative AI tools
n
- 3D design / 3D animation, 3D website design or interactive web experiences
n
- Website design across platforms such as Shopify, Wix or Squarespace
n
- Video editing and short-form content
n
- Creating innovative digital experiences and experimenting with current design technology
n

n

We're particularly interested in designers who are technically curious and constantly experimenting with recent tools, AI, animation and emerging creative technology.

n
