Operations & Growth Manager - Multi-site Aesthetic Clinics

The Operations & Growth Manager will sit between the Founder and the individual Clinic Managers or Site Leaders. You will oversee operations across Luxe Lips' Camberwell, Moonee Ponds and Brighton clinics while helping prepare the business for future locations. This is a commercially minded operations and leadership position focused on leading people, improving performance, strengthening client relationships and building systems that can be repeated as Luxe Lips expands.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the operational performance of all Luxe Lips locations and lead and support current and future Clinic Managers and Site Leaders

Establish clear responsibilities, decision‑making authority and escalation pathways

Create consistent daily, weekly and monthly management rhythms and ensure Luxe Lips standards are implemented consistently across every clinic

Identify operational gaps and ensure corrective actions are completed

Improve communication, handovers and collaboration between locations

Ensure clinics are appropriately staffed, prepared and resourced

Review existing processes and identify inefficiencies, duplication and key‑person risk

Develop practical SOPs, checklists, workflows and reporting systems

Lead the client relationship strategy across all Luxe Lips locations and ensure every client receives a warm, polished and consistent experience

Monitor individual clinic and group performance against agreed targets and build and maintain a explicit multi‑site performance dashboard





Help translate the Luxe Lips growth vision into a practical expansion plan and develop operational plans, budgets, timelines and workforce requirements for new clinics

About you

Proven senior operations or practice‑management experience

Experience overseeing multiple sites, business units or service locations

Demonstrated success leading managers and multidisciplinary teams

Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with KPIs, budgets and performance reports

Experience improving systems, workflows and organisational accountability

Strong project‑management and implementation capability

Experience opening, launching or scaling new locations, services or business units

A strong understanding of client relationships, retention and service recovery

Confidence conducting performance conversations and excellent organisation, prioritisation and follow‑through

Experience in cosmetic medicine, medical aesthetics, dental, allied health, specialist healthcare, premium retail, beauty or another multi‑site service business would be highly regarded
